Class: Arduino for Beginners               10:30‐11:30 and 14:30‐15:30

This presentation will guide its participants through the Arduino hardware, some basic electronics, the Arduino IDE software, and how to control an Arduino with code. Participants will then gain hands on experience with easy to understand examples. Presented twice (AM and PM) so you can choose the time that fits your schedule. Contestants will be provided with an Arduino Nano, a prototype printed circuit board, and access to several boxes of electronic cast offs and spare parts with which they are to build something cool.

There are over $200 in prizes available for contestants to compete for.

Contestants will be provided with an Arduino Nano, a prototype printed circuit board, and access to several boxes of electronic cast offs and spare parts with which they are to build something cool.

Two divisions separated by criteria TBD (if enough minors participate it will be Div1 18+ and Div2 Under 18) There will be Soldering and Programming stations set up in the HHV for contestants to use.
